Abstract

The growth of the banking business is currently experiencing significant challenges. This cannot be separated from the presence of technology-based bank and non-bank financial services companies. This can be seen from the increasing of technology-based financial companies. With competition both with similar financial companies and technology-based financial companies, every bank is required to have management that is able to implement various changes that occur in its business environment quickly and efficiently in order to survive and develop. The latest data shows that the banking industry performance is experiencing a slowdown, where banking credit distribution is minus 2.41 percent. In order to maintain good employee performance, supporting factors related to leadership style, organizational innovation and job satisfaction with organizational culture are needed as moderation. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational innovation, on job satisfaction and employee performance with organizational culture as a moderator. The research results show that by using the Moderating Structural Equation Modeling (MSEM) approach, the structural model involving Organizational Culture as a moderator is a fit model. Leadership Style, Organizational Innovation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant influence in moderating organizational innovation and has a strengthening influence on employee performance.
