N2 - The growth of the internet has led to the use of the internet in various ways, especially when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred and hit Indonesia in 2020. There was a change in human behavior from initially offline to online. This certainly makes humans more efficient and effective when carrying out their activities. All of this requires some kind of application or information system, and this, of course, requires someone who has programming skills, known as a software developer. Based on literature studies, not only are there qualified technical factors that a software developer must have to have good productivity, but it turns out that internal factors influence the software developer's work and ultimately affect productivity. This research uses religiosity as an internal factor that influences software developer work behavior, referring to the results of an interview with a software developer who felt more focused and calmer when working after carrying out religious activities. Researchers used SEM-PLS to process questionnaire data. The results of data processing show that the research instrument used is very good at representing the proposed model, but it was found that the religiosity factor does not have a positive effect on work behavior, but work behavior has a positive effect on software developer productivity.
