title = "The Study Examines the Direct and Indirect Effects of Religiosity on the Productivity of Software Developers",
abstract = "The expansion of the internet has resulted in its utilization in several manners. All of this needs some kind of program or computer system, which means someone who knows how to code is needed. This person is called a software developer. The number of software developers and the growth in Internet users exhibit a non-linear correlation. A number of similar studies say that non-technical factors have a bigger effect on how well and how quickly a software worker works than their technical skills. This study uses religion as an internal factor that affects how software developers act at work. It does this by using the results of an interview with a software developer who said that doing religious activities made them feel more focused and calmer when they were working. SEM-PLS was used to handle questionnaire data by researchers. The study tool used did a great job of representing the suggested mode. However, it was discovered that religiosity does not have a positive effect on work behaviour but does have a positive effect directly to productivity. On the other hand, work behaviour does have a positive effect on software developer productivity.",
