Abstract
The air cargo industry faces increasing pressure to enhance efficiency, visibility, and resilience, positioning digital transformation as a strategic priority. However, existing research is fragmented, often isolating technological, procedural, and organizational aspects. This study conducts a PRISMA-based systematic literature review of 68 Scopus-indexed articles (1994-2023) to identify five thematic domains: Technological Enablers, Business Process Reengineering, Decision Support Systems, System Integration, and Stakeholder Collaboration. The findings highlight a lack of integrative approaches. To address this, the study proposes a systemic framework that combines digital, analytical, and governance elements to guide holistic decision-making in air cargo digitalization.
