N2 - The vibration monitoring is the most widespread method to determine the health of rotating machine. Pump damage detection method is generally used on a pump located on a single foundation. However, in the case of two or more pumps on a single foundation, the damage is relatively more difficult to detect. The vibrations of each pump will affect each other due to the transmissibility, thus normal pump damage detection can not be applied. Therefore it is necessary to detect of damage pumps using damage feature which transmitted through the foundation. The foundation is double clamped beam. This study use normal pump and damage pump such as unbalance 6 g.cm and 27 g.cm, misalignment 1, 2, 3 mm and bearing fault. We proposed transfer path analysis (TPA) method to trace the flow of vibration energy on pump-double clamped beam system on vertical axes. The TPA method was done by comparing simulation and experimental result. The results show that feature damage on pump-beam system can be detected using the TPA method.
